Pixel Compiler
Convert images into pixel data and sprite atlases.
Load an image or sprite frames and compare the source with the compiled result. Control pixel sampling, palette size, and transparency, then export image containers or packed sprite pages with a manifest.

What you can do
Image mode
Compile one image into PCC or compressed PCCZ data. JSON and JavaScript output are also available for inspection.
Sprite mode
Pack multiple frames into atlas pages. Page size, cell size, and padding control how the frames are arranged.
Compare the result
Inspect rendered playback, the logical pixel grid, and output statistics before exporting.
The main settings
Sampling and color
Chunk Size changes pixel sampling. Palette Limit reduces the available colors. Transparent Threshold controls which pixels become transparent.
Export formats
Image containers store a compiled image. Sprite output separates PNG atlas pages from the manifest describing their frames.
Why use Pixel Compiler?
Open Pixel Compiler when this style of making or play feels closest to what you want.
It is meant to be understood quickly through direct interaction, with more depth appearing as you keep playing.
